Smoke on the Water is a smoke house inspired restaurant and bar over looking Swanage Bay owned by a local family; Jordan and Sarah Tillman, Jordan and Sarah are siblings;

Sarah Manages front of house, and Jordan is head chef and runs the kitchen.

The food is home smoked in a house rub and served on American style trays.

Brunch, Smoke house bites and Dinner are available throughout the day as well as beers on tap and a tasty cocktail menu.

Jordan changes the menu regularly to suit the seasons and produce available.
