Smokehouse, bar and restaurant overlooking Swanage Bay.
Smoke on the Water is a smoke house inspired restaurant and bar over looking Swanage Bay owned by local family; Matt, Jordan Sarah and Julia Tillman. Matt, Jordan and Sarah are siblings and Julia is Matts wife.
Sarah Manages front of house, the other three run the kitchen, whilst also running their existing company Crab Apple.
The food is home smoked in a house rub and served on American style trays.
Brunch, Smoke house bites and Dinner are available throughout the day as well as beers on tap and a tasty cocktail menu.
